The papillomavirus infects 99% of the population as it is transmitted through handshakes, kissing and sexual contact. The owners of the microorganism are visitors to swimming pools and public baths. The virus can be dormant for a long time. It is activated when the immune system weakens. The skin or mucous membranes are covered with ugly growths - papillomas, which are disposed of using traditional and folk methods.
Precautions and Prohibited Practices
Formations are removed for two reasons: medical and cosmetic. Papillomas look unaesthetic and under certain circumstances can become malignant tumors. The growths should be examined by a dermatologist, who will confirm that they are harmless, and only after consulting a specialist, the formations can be disposed of.
Papilloma will not be removed by folk remedies if:
- It's growing fast or has turned brown, red, or black.
- The formation is located on the mucous membrane of the mouth, nasopharynx, in the corners of the eyes or on the eyelid.
- The growth bleeds, has uneven "torn" edges and a heterogeneous loose structure, consists of several small parts, extending from one root.
It is forbidden to cut the papilloma with scissors or a knife. Injured tissues degenerate into malignant tumors, and viruses and bacteria penetrate an open wound, weakening immunity. The virus attacks the body again, and the number of papillomas increases.
Scissors are a source of infection and blood poisoning, which is fatal.
It is not recommended to tie the formations with silk threads or hair and seal them with tape. The method is old and dangerous. Sometimes growths cut off from the circulatory system dry up and fall off. But more often, after a papilloma removed in this way leaves a scar or an ugly scar, complications arise.
The formations on the genitals are removed by the gynecologist. He cauterizes papillomas and prescribes drugs that suppress the virus and increase immunity.

You will need a few sprigs of fresh celandine. Break the stalk into pieces and apply the leaked juice to the papilloma. Lubricate the formation every 3-4 hours for the first week. Then reduce to 2-3 times a day. Continue until the growth is dry.
Do papillomas regularly appear either on the face or on the trunk? At hand should always be an alcohol tincture based on celandine:
- Finely chop a bunch of fresh plants to get 80–90 g of the workpiece.
- Pour the herb into a glass jar.
- Pour in the water-alcohol mixture. Take 100ml of each liquid.
- Shake and put under the bed for 5 days.
- Periodically take out and mix the components.
How to remove papillomas with alcohol infusion? Soak a cotton pad with the product, wring it out and apply to the growth. Secure with cling film and bandage. You can use a patch if the papilloma is on the face. After 25 minutes, remove the compress and rinse the skin with water to avoid irritation. Process the growth for at least 14 days, 2-3 times a day.
The method is not suitable for patients with sensitive or dry skin. Alcohol dries up and flakes off. In this case, it is recommended to treat papillomas with a water-based plant extract.
How to prepare a remedy for growths?
- Chop 150 g of celandine and put in an enamel pan.
- Soak in 200ml of water for 30 minutes.
- Boil the mixture, cool and heat a second time.
- Let the infusion burn until 50-100 ml of water has evaporated.
- Remove the pot with the extract from the stove and wrap it with a terry towel.
Infuse the medicine for at least 10 hours. Strain the cooled workpiece and gently squeeze the celandine so that not a drop of moisture remains in the cake. Store the extract in a glass container. Onion skins are an effective remedy for papillomas. Transfer the workpiece to a jar and pour vinegar so that the liquid completely covers the dry ingredient. Wrap the container with foil and a scarf and insist the medicine for 2 weeks.
Pour off the vinegar and place the zest in a thin layer on a plate or baking sheet and dry. Apply the onion remedy to the papilloma at bedtime, wrap it with a bandage and wash off the remnants of the drug in the morning. After the procedure, lubricate the skin with baby cream to prevent irritation.
It is easy to prepare a garlic preparation for papillomas:
