It's likely that most of what you've heard about warts is actually not true. You are pretty sure. Even the cleanest person can get one, two, or three warts. Get better acquainted with simple home remedies to fight warts.
Warts are benign growths on the skin that usually appear on the hands, elbows, and knees. They occur when the human papillomavirus (HPV) penetrates the top layer of skin - the epidermis - often through cuts or scratches. Children are generally more prone to developing warts than adults (a young and not yet strong immune system may be the reason), yet they can appear at any age and, most annoyingly, they are quite difficult to get rid of. But, as you know, nothing is impossible, especially with these home remedies that we invite you to familiarize yourself with.
1. Yeast powder
Mix yeast powder with castor oil until a smooth paste is formed. Then apply the mixture to the wart and let it stand overnight. Better to bandage the wart. Remove the bandage the next morning and repeat the process if necessary.
2nd baking powder
You can also try wetting the wart with baking soda. Dissolve the baking soda in the water and rinse the wart on your hands or feet. Wait for the baking soda to dry naturally and repeat again until the wart disappears.
3rd diet
Your diet can affect and trigger the appearance of warts. Eat foods that boost your immune system, such as garlic, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, sunflower seeds, and rice.
4. Garlic
Garlic contains two main elements that are responsible for your body's health: allicin and diallyl disulfide.
Apply chopped garlic or onion to the wart or just eat fresh garlic. If you don't want to smell like Italian food, swallow 3 cloves of garlic three times a day or chew parsley to freshen your breath after the garlic.
5. Hot water
Research has shown that soaking a wart in very hot water is beneficial, as hot water will smooth the warts and kill the virus. Just make sure the water isn't too hot to avoid scalding.
6. Vitamin C
Crush a vitamin C tablet and add some water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on the wart and bandage it. Vitamin C can tingle slightly, which makes the wart go away faster.
7. Vitamin E
Break open a vitamin E pill or capsule, apply some oil to the wart, and then tie it up with tape. Repeat this process three times a day. Remove the bandage at night to allow the affected area to breathe and start taking vitamin E oil the next day.
8. Castor oil
The acids found in castor oil are effectively used to remove warts. Castor oil works well for small, flat warts on the inside of the arm. Apply castor oil to the wart with a cotton swab twice a day.
9. Carrots
Finely grate the carrots and add enough olive oil to make a paste. Apply the paste to the wart twice a day for two to three weeks and hold for about 30 minutes.
10. Lemon juice
Treat the wart with fresh lemon juice, then place finely chopped onions on the wart and leave for 30 minutes once a day. Treatment should be continued for two to three months for best results.
11. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera can also be a great solution for warts. Apply the pulp of the leaves to the affected area with a cotton swab and bandage it. Repeat this process every day until the wart goes away.
